What excellent service! We had to book my wife’s car in when the engine management warning light came on and the car went into limp mode. We were booked in within 2 days, and the car was looked at promptly with no diagnostic charge (which is quite rare nowadays). The fault was promptly diagnosed as a dirty air filter. The car was repaired in the day and we were kept fully informed by text and phone throughout. Considering the car was fully cleaned as well, I am thoroughly impressed with the service as well as value for money. We would definitely recommend Zoom Auto London

Avoid at all cost, unless if you want to be gas lit or waste your money. Bought a car from this dealership last year and had issues as soon as I left the dealership. When buying the car, Terry said that it came with a full service history. After I collected the car and checked there was no service book. He then proceeded to insist that I lost the service book. Managed to get him do something about the issues through finance company but a year later I'm having to fork out £2k to replace the timing belt and fix any potential damage. If he'd supplied the service history as advertised, I'd have atleast been able to either get that done for free or at least at a discounted price. Save yourself the hassle, it's not worth it.
