Car smelt of wet dog. Questioned it and got no answer for it. Bought car as was what we needed, but the next day I investigated the smell and found the rear seats not cleaned under at all! As I was 40 miles away, I didn't want to physically go back at my cost even though they offer to valet again. I suggested I get that done locally and give them the bill. That was a NO from them! They say I already got discount of £100 at the start. Shocking servicing.

Dear Dan, Sorry to hear your disappointment. On the day of purchase we have discounted the vehicle for you £100 to do valet for the vehicle as you didn't want to go and come back. You have contacted us after 2-3 days saying that you have found where the smell comes from. Very poor, viewed a vehicle, needed to be prepped, arranged with owner Terry, a time and date to test drive, only to receive a text at 7pm the night before arranged day that the vehicle was sold.

We explained to you that the vehicle won't be taken of sale if there's no deposit placed and remain advertised on the market. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Zoom Auto London. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically i have left a deposit 3 days ago for a car and i went today to finish up the paper work and picked it up. Very happy overall.

Great customer service. My car was delivered to me for free as a goodwill gesture even as I had explained that I wasnt expecting the delivery on the appointed date. Terry and Khalid, both nice and pleasant gentlemen. Car was in great condition too! Would recommend1
