Very friendly and helpful, the car was in very good condition and was given a good price for it. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Car smelt of wet dog. Questioned it and got no answer for it. Bought car as was what we needed, but the next day I investigated the smell and found the rear seats not cleaned under at all! As I was 40 miles away, I didn't want to physically go back at my cost even though they offer to valet again. I suggested I get that done locally and give them the bill. That was a NO from them! They say I already got discount of £100 at the start. Shocking servicing.

Dear Dan, Sorry to hear your disappointment. On the day of purchase we have discounted the vehicle for you £100 to do valet for the vehicle as you didn't want to go and come back. You have contacted us after 2-3 days saying that you have found where the smell comes from. Then we offered you to bring the car to us, where we have someone to do professional cleaning, but you have declined. We always here to help. Kind regards Zoom auto London

Very poor, viewed a vehicle, needed to be prepped, arranged with owner Terry, a time and date to test drive, only to receive a text at 7pm the night before arranged day that the vehicle was sold.

We explained to you that the vehicle won't be taken of sale if there's no deposit placed and remain advertised on the market. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Zoom Auto London. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically i have left a deposit 3 days ago for a car and i went today to finish up the paper work and picked it up. Very happy overall.

Great customer service. My car was delivered to me for free as a goodwill gesture even as I had explained that I wasnt expecting the delivery on the appointed date. Terry and Khalid, both nice and pleasant gentlemen. Car was in great condition too! Would recommend1

I am not sure who is rating all of these but let me warn you never to buy a car from these people. Sold me a car with a faulty engine, then lied and said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I had to pay £70 to get a diagnostic from vauxhall to prove it was faulty to Zuto.. they are underhanded. I would advise anyone who buys a car from them to do a thorough check. They also take a £100 admin fee for no reason at all.. I didn't get that back but luckily I wasn't stuck with their Vauxhall corsa with it's engine fault that would have cost me £300 of my own money to fix (2 weeks after I got the vehicle). Be cautious folks you have been warned.

The vehicle that you purchased from us was brought in by yourself for a diagnosis/repair, the mechanic advised for a test drive of the vehicle in order to see what the fault was, regardless of that, we were obligated to carry out a repair on your vehicle but however you began to turn it into a bad situation. Our staff member was in the office with a customer with the door closed and your friend barged in without knocking and his behaviour from the beginning was aggressive and that unsettled our staff member who remained professional throughout the whole process trying to resolve the problem. Your friend begun to argue with the mechanics and our staff members, we received threats from your friend which I can quote "I'll come back and darken this place up" all the money you paid was refunded to your finance provider, we gave you £20 for fuel as you kept insisting, this matter was resolved 11 months ago but you insist on leaving reviews everywhere in order to damage our business.
