We brought a car in April 2023. Upon driving it home I noticed a problem and contacted the dealer. He advised I just didn't know how to drive it. I still felt something was wrong so took it to the main dealer garage and paid for a diagnosis, they confirmed that the clutch was severely worn and there is an engine knock. Upon raising this with the dealer he refused to acknowledge it. I'm so lucky to have gone through Zuto, they took over dealing with the matter and even said how difficult the dealer was being. Zuto had to get the car recovered to the dealer because he refused, he then still refused that there was a problem even though the main Peugeot dealership have confirmed it. He finally gave in after legal action was threatened and finally returned the money but now the car is back up for sale. He said it had a full service history which it did not. He said it had an RAC check which it did not, it was a British car auctions check which is minimal. When the car was returned it was back up for sale and sold again without being repaired! False advertising and they are awfully rude to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

I do not recommend buying cars from this company, 4 days ago I bought a broken car where the owner assured me that the car was in the best condition, the next day I went to check the car, it turned out that the car had a dodgy MOT, I returned to the owner to show what was broken, he took the car and said he will fix it, he called me to pick up the car that it was repaired, he showed me an invoice which was also fake, the car was still knocking so I went again to check if 3 things had actually been replaced, and surprise!!! , the mechanic made me a video and said that the invoice says how much he paid for parts replacement and all parts have not been replaced now I have to pay the extra £1200 myself, cheated again, case reported to DVLA and DVSA and we will see each other in court for fraud and selling me a dangerous car to drive.
